To give modern performance to these old style scopes, we precision grind each lens to micron tolerances. Every lens element is individually inspected to ensure that its curvature, centering, diameter and thickness are within tolerance. Like our Malcolm 8X Gen II Vintage Sniper Competition scope, the steel tube features a laser spot welded rib for enhanced strength and rigidity. All threads and metallic parts are CNC machined to precise tolerances. All hardware is hardened for optimal durability and mar resistance.
The Malcolm 20X Vintage Target Scope comes with our Vintage Sniper Competition mounts. The rear micrometer is patterned after the Unertl mount. Compatible with crescent cut scope blocks, these mounts offer precise ¼ MOA adjustment clicks when the front and rear mount are spaced 7.250” from center to center. This mount has virtually zero backlash and ultra tactile adjustment clicks.
Parallax adjustment is located on the objective end of the Malcolm 20X Vintage Target Scope. Focusing parallax for your desired distance is accomplished through axially shifting the objective lens housing by turning the lock ring and index ring. The range calibrated scale on the objective bell, in conjunction with the 10 division index ring, will aid in accurate and consistent parallax adjustment.

Malcolm 6X Two Tone Short Rifle Telescope features an improved click-less micrometer rear adjustment mount. This mount is designed to provide spot on 1/4 MOA adjustments when the front and rear mounts are spaced 7.250" from center to center. The scope is also equipped with a sliding lock ring that mitigates the recoil energy going through the optic. Prior to every shot, you will need to pull back on the scope to "reset it to battery." Whether you're shooting BPCR or slinging lead at the range, the Malcolm 6X Two Tone short rifle telescope will have you ringing steel over and over.

The shorter Malcolm is ideal for many of the single-shot and lever-action cartridge rifles produced during the late 1880s and 1890s. Built with  a strong 3/4" diameter steel tube, polished steel ocular and objective lens housings, adjustable focus eye-piece, fully multi-coated lenses, long 4" eye-relief and windage/elevation adjustable external mounts. Two types of short scopes are available - A 3 power that is 17" long and a 6 power that is 18" long. These scopes are a must for your Winchester Model 1885 rifle, H&R “ Buffalo Classic”, Winchester ’73, ’76, ’92 & ‘94 models, Henry “Golden Boy” .22, Marlin ’94 / ’95 models, and others. Comes with authentically styled "caged" rear mount and front mount. The elevation and windage can be adjusted in the rear mount. You need to order the specific accessories for your rifle type that are listed below.

Some today’s rifle (Notably Shiloh, C Sharps Arms) feature deferent front and rear dovetail cuts in their barrels. We have dovetails to fit these type rifles. They are DB0.375 (3/8”), DB050 (1/2”), DB0625 (0.625”) .

Precision minded shooters looking to maximize the long range accuracy of the Malcolm 6X Long scope need a reliable and repeatable method to consistently adjust the elevation.
Due to the original design of the long scope, you would need to manually loosen and move the scope up or down in the rear mount to change the point of impact. With access to only a vernier scale on the rear mount, this method of adjustment is not consistent and is subject to human error.
With the Fine Elevation Adjustment Set installed, the shooter can simply turn the knurled thumbscrew to vertically adjust the point of impact. Rotating the screw clockwise will move the point of impact upwards. Rotating the screw counterclockwise will move the point of impact downwards.

This mount set is to mount the 17” or 18” Malcolm Short Telescopic Sight onto a Winchester 1885 Low and High wall. If you would like to mount the Malcolm 6X Two Tone Rifle Telescope or the Malcolm 8X Sniper, you will need to use the W1885MT-C. This mounting kit is specifically designed for Miroku manufactured predrilled 1885 rifles. The set includes both the front and rear mounts. There is no drilling and tapping required for Miroku manufactured Winchester 1885 rifles.

This mount set is to mount the 17” or 18” Malcolm Short Telescopic Sight onto either a Winchester 1873 or 1876 – Top Ejection Rifle. The set includes both the front and rear mounts. You will not need to drill and tap with this mounting set.
The standard mounting bases have posa cut scope blocks and is not compatible with the Malcolm 6X Two Tone Rifle Telescope or the Malcolm 8X rifle scopes.
The crescent cut mounting bases have both posa and crescent cuts. The W7376MT-C is compatible with all Malcolm short rifle telescopes (including the Malcolm 6X Two Tone) and the Malcolm 8X and 20X scopes.

This mount set is to mount either the 3X 17” or 6X 18” Malcolm Short Telescopic Sight onto either a Winchester 92 or 94 - Top Ejection Rifle. The set includes both the front and rear mount. The rear mount may need to be drilled and tapped. This mount has the posa cuts is not compatible with the Malcolm 6X Two Tone or the Malcolm 8X rifle telescope.

This mount set is to mount either the Malcolm 3X or 6X Short Telescopic Sight to the Marlin '94 or '95 lever action rifle. This mounting kit is also compatible with the Henry Big Boy lever action rifles.
The Marlin '94/'95 mount goes into existing drilled holes on the barrel and the rear dovetail. Thus, no drilling and tapping of the rifle is required. The set includes both the front and rear mounts only.
This mount has both the posa and crescent cuts on the scope blocks. This is compatible with the Malcolm 6X Two Tone Rifle Telescope and the Malcolm 8X rifle scopes.

The Sharps Side Mount Set is a two-piece mount for the Malcolm 3X and 6X short scopes. The Sharps Receiver Rear Mount shown in the first picture is attached with the pre-existing screw holes on the receiver. The Mounting Screws are included. The front mount is designed for Pedersoli 1874 Sharps rifles and uses the existing hole in front of the rear dovetail.
